Spanish term or phrase: Planifica tus pedaladas
A text about the world of cycling; training, nutrition, etc. Quite informal.
Any witty ideas?

English translation:Plan your rides
Explanation:
You can't really "plan" pedalling, the two things just don't collocate. As other have suggested you can "practise" or "perfect" it, but then why did they use "planificar" in the original. My feeling is that "pedaladas" is being used to mean "rides", i.e. you plan your route and make the necessary preparations.

Plan your pedaling

Explanation:
I suppose you may have discarded this option. Another might be 'schedule your cycling'.

agree  Lisa McCarthy: I agree that 'pedaladas' is rides here, did one recently, also referred to as 'salidas' (being a big mountain bike fan :))

plan your rhythym / cadence

Explanation:
The rhythym and the gearing selected in cycling is quite important, it varies from cyclist to cyclist - some prefer a high cadence in a relatively low gear, whilst others prefer to work harder (higher gear) but at a lower cadence (beat). "Planificar tus pedaladas" would mean to work a certain time or distance in a high gear/low cadence, followed by low gear/high cadence, etc vary the rhythm so that the cyclists works the muscles differently. It's like Fartlek training but on a bike instead of running.

On page 9 of the two refs (first in Spanish then in English) "pedalada" is linked to "riding style"...
