Notes to answerer
Asker: This sounds quite reasonable. But I think the Trustees only have the right to waive, reduce or extend the time of payment of claims that are IN FAVOUR OF the Trust Property, and they have no right whether to waive or reduce or extend the timeframe of claims that are AGAINST the Trust Property.

Asker: Am I correct in the above statement?

..thus favour Trust Property.com payment terms and all claims (for or against) over all others

Explanation:
why not keep it as it is in the sentence? It seems perfectly clear

1.4 The Trustees may waive, reduce or extend the time of payment of and compromise claims in favour of or against Trust Property.

1. waiving Trust property payment;
2. reducing Trust property payment;
3. extending the timeframe for trust property payment ; (or extend terms of payment)
4. compromise all claims in favour of or against Trust Property.com

personally I would keep "compromise" but it can also be written as:

favour Trust Property.com over other payment terms and claims...

because it is "putting the Trust Property payment terms and claims, whether for or against them, first"

or

giving these payment terms and claims "preferential treatment "

FYI

Explanation:
My understanding of the sentence is:

The trustee has the right to waive, reduce or extend the time of payment of, and compromise claims, in favour of or against Trust Property.

I added the commas after payment of, and claims. To me, the trustee has the right to peform all of the actions, in favor or against Trust Property which means they have all the control on the Trust Property.
