Martina, facendo ulteriori ricerche mi sono imbattuta nel termine 'fixations' nel contesto dei diritti d'autore in campo artistico. Sembra un termine molto usato nel settore (che ti confesso di non aver mai sentito ne' in inglese ne' in italiano) ma se dai un'occhiata a questi link capirai cosa intendo:
