Italian translation: diritto di proprietà

Law/Patents - Law (general) / certificato notarile/registro catastale
English term or phrase: title
In un certificato notarile riguardante un immobile, trovo svariate volte la parola "title".
All'inizio, nella parte intitolata "completion of registration", trovo "title number" seguito dal relativo numero. Pensavo si trattasse del numero di una visura catastale, invece continuando trovo ancora: "official copy of register of title", poi "title plan" (planimetria/pianta di ???), "this title is dealt with by Land Registry Wales Office", "title information document".
A cosa si riferisce precisamente?
Grazie mille in anticipo!
