Sin embargo, no he encontrado ningún texto paralelo para poder confirmar y he leído una posible solución, aunque no estoy muy segura de que sea la correcta:
Todos los términos y condiciones se entenderán conformes a este Contrato (la verdad es que no entiendo muy bien este significado, en mi opinión esta frase así no aporta nada...)

Se trata de una traducción jurada.

Explanation:
"As per" aquí quiere decir "según, conforme a, con arreglo a" etc.
Por cierto, "terms and conditions" lo traduciría únicamente como "condiciones".
