Context: This Agreement has been entered into solely for the benefit of the Parties and is not intended to create any legal, equitable or beneficial interes in any third party, including any customer, or to vest in any third party any interest with respect to the enforcement of the performance of this Agreement.

I understand that "legal interest" is "derecho real otorgado por el sistema del Common Law" and "equitable interest" is "derecho real otorgado por el sistema del Equity". Now, is there a shorter "standard phrase" commonly used in Spanish?

My version, so far, looks like this:
El presente Acuerdo ha sido celebrado exclusivamente para beneficio de las Partes y no tiene la intención de crear ningún derecho real otorgado por el sistema del “Common Law” o del “Equity”, o beneficio alguno a un tercero, incluyendo cualquier cliente, u otorgar a un tercero ningún derecho respecto a la exigencia del cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo.
