"Enter stage left" es una frase hecha que se emplea también fuera del contexto teatral, como aquí, para expresar la idea de que se introduce un importante elemento nuevo. Supongo que se podría poner "sale a la escena", pero para mí la metáfora teatral queda un poco forzada en español, y me parece más natural abandonar y emplear una expresión como la que he propuesto. He aquí otro ejemplo similar al tuyo: "Enter stage left: a new breed of IP consultants.
