French term or phrase: Pause Permanente
Can anyone explain what a 'Pause Permanente' is in a conference centres range of offerings? Is it some sort of continuous break where drinkas and food are available throughout the conference rather than at a specific break time??

refreshments available throughout the day

Explanation:
I think that's what it means. There might be a trolley or a dedicated refreshment area available throughout the proceedings.

Explanation:
Just as an alternative to Karens's suggestion, as a name for the service, as opposed to a description of what it offers.
