Tengo que traducir al español un texto que en realidad es una traducción (bastante mediocre) del español:
"In Kaufurkunde unter Reservierung der Nutzniessung kaufte Herr X für seine Mutter das Eigentum der unteilbaren Hälfte, indem sich die Übergebene das Recht der Nutzniessung der Übertragenen Hälfte sicherte und die Nutzniessung der anderen Hälfte erwarb."
