Trebalo bi da se radi o opisu slike(onoga što se vidi) koja se dobija kada se, korišćenjem transmisione elektr. mikroskopije, "uslika" poprečni presek V-profila i u njemu VQWL. Na slici se vidi vertikalna traka koja predstavlja posledicu prolaska elektrona TEM-a kroz "low composition AlGaAs band". Ja sam to tako razumeo.
