neutral  Toni Castano: Entiendo tu planteamiento, pero discrepo en que "medidas" sea lo mismo que "recortes". Hay medidas de austeridad (de ahorro, de contención del gasto, mejora del rendimiento y muchas otras) que en absoluto implican "meter la tijera".
