« Leveler », comme nom, désigne grosso modo une personne qui revendique l’abolition des distinctions sociales de classe - http://www.websters-online-dictionary.com/definition/leveler -, qui « considère que les personnes ne présentent pas de différence de droits, de valeur » - http://atilf.atilf.fr -, un « égalitaire ».

Toutefois, dans le contexte soumis (HR – locomotives), je pense qu’on aborde le « leveler » en tant que « redresseur » des pratiques et « leveling » en termes d’actualisation. Bien que le mot actualisation soit courant, « actualisateur » ne semble s’appliquer qu’en linguistique. S’il était employé dans ce contexte-ci, je suppose qu’il faudrait y ajouter des guillemets :

Il est facile de briser les scénarii/schémas de mauvaises habitudes et de devenir [un redresseur] [un « actualisateur »]

Le redressement de notre système de formation ne peut s’accommoder de mesures timides et de non ruptures avec nos vielles habitudes.
