German term or phrase: Situierung
This follows on from my previous questions about the high-level language exam. I now need a preferably one-word term for "Situierung" as it is a heading within the specifications of the various subtests. The introductory text says "Die Aufgabe wird mit einer Situierung eingeführt". I'm wondering if the word is simply "Situation" or is there a more exact technical term to do with test-taking?

situation


Explanation:
Am just looking at an OCR german 'A' level role play booklet from 2008 (the last time I conducted an oral!)and it uses 'situation' (followed by 'task') on both the examiner's sheet amd the candidate's sheet.
