Latere koop Explanation: Ik zou voor "latere koop" kiezen: "latere aanschaf" is geen juridisch exacte vertaling van het woordje "Kauf". Bei "Kauf" of "koop" is er sprake van een obligatoire overeenkomst (tussen twee partijen). In het artikel dat je noemt is trouwens sprake van "Geschäfte" maar ook bij "Geschäfte" moet je dus aan een overeenkomst denken.
