Radiografia de tórax em posição posteroanterior. CAMPOS PULMONARES (1). A transparência deve ser igual entre os dois lados, nem mais branca ou mais escura entre ambos. HILOS PULMONARES (2-3). Os hilos devem ser côncavos e semelhantes. O hilo direito deve ser ligeiramente mais baixo que o esquerdo menos que 2,5cm. TRAQUEIA (4). A traquéia é levemente desviada pata a direita. ARCO AÓRTICO (5). DIAFRAGMA (6-7). A cúpula frênica direita deve ser um pouco mais alta que a esquerda não mais que 3 cm. SEIOS COSTOFRÊNICOS (8). Os ângulos costofrênicos devem ser agudos. Opacidades ou velamentos deles significam geralmente derrame pleural. CORAÇÃO (9). O diâmetro máximo da área cardíaca deve ser menor que a metade do diâmetro transtorácico. ESTÔMAGO (10). Logo abaixo da cúpula frênica esquerda encontra-se a bolha gástrica. (D)Lado direito. CHAVES: (D) Right; (1)lung fields; (2-3) hilum; (4) trachea; (5) aortic knuckle; (6-7) diaphragms; (8) costophrenic angles; (9) heart; (10) stomach.
