Law/Patents - Real Estate / rental agreement
French term or phrase: transport en garantie
See third line down. This is taken from a rental agreement relating to premises within a building, to be used exclusively as office space. I am presuming the 'à ceux-ci' must still be referring to the 'objets mobiliers' and have got completely lost with what this means. I understand the bit before it... the insurance pay-out takes the place of the furniture lost or destroyed (until such time as it is replaced or restored) and thus forms the lessor's guarantee deposit.... but then I get confused. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

vehicle given as garantee

Explanation:
Hi

First see reference.

Now, I think that the grantee is just being compared to (as they are similar), with the situation when some people sign over their vehicle as a garantee (in some cases, they still get to use it though)
