This is from an article on evidence-based medicine. I have checked out the abstract for the article quoted, but I don't find anything about "behavior," nor do I get any hits for the obvious translations of this phrase. If it's a "movement," there should be some hits.

"A busca de **evidências orientadoras de condutas** constituiu um movimento cujo pioneirismo pode ser atribuído a David L. Sackett que, a partir de 1992, tem-se preocupado em difundir uma nova forma de atuar e ensinar a prática médica. (2)"
