Of course I know what a contract is, but I have no idea of its specific meaning in this clause taken from the liability section of a service contract:
"No Party shall in any circumstances be liable (whether in negligence, tort, contract, misrepresentation, under any indemnity or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss or damage such as, without limitation, any loss of revenue, loss of profit and contract incurred or suffered by any other Party in respect of this Agreement, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages."

Mi pare che si tratti di danni e perdite derivanti dall'esecuzione del contratto. Loss of profit, quindi, può essere reso come lucro cessante e contract mi pare sia un "loss of contract" quindi lucro cessante e perdite di chance - occorsi o occorrendi - che possano derivare dall'esecuzione del contratto in oggetto.
