The overall meaning is clear, but I am not sure if there is a fixed translation, I want to avoid any ambiguity. The excerpt is taken from a supply contract:
"All defective Contract Product not used or sold to an end customer shall be immediately returned to XXX, freight prepaid, (declared at full value unless XXX advises otherwise) for repair or replacement at XXX's sole discretion in accordance with the provisions of Clause 7."
