I think there is no kasre after تصرف. For example, برای راهن جایز نیست در مالی که آن را رهن داده تصرف کند مگر به اذن مرتهن، چه تصرف ناقل عین باشد مانند فروختن و چه ناقل منفعت چون اجاره
