A Tanács 2010/45/EU irányelvének (Számlázási Irányelv) implementálása következtében a legfontosabb változások a következők:

Határozott idejű elszámolás esetén az egy hónapot meghaladó időszakra vonatkozóan elszámolt Közösségen belüli termékértékesítésre vonatkozó ügylet esetében teljesítés történik a naptári hónap utolsó napján.
