On the booking.com website, there's a hotel description that says: Holiday Inn Mudanjiang is 1 km from the Mudanjiang Ganbing and the Railway Central.

I would like to know what 'Ganbing' stands for. Does anybody know, by any chance?
I understand that it's a proper name, but a name of what?
i.e. I don't need the translation of the word; I need to know what the Mudanjiang Ganbing actually is. I haven't been able to google it.
