agree  bistefano: So it is - still different pronounciations have differnet degrees of probability, I would deem "Yuaki" in this case is the most probable, don't you think so, Mr. Sasayama?

  -> Yes, I guess so, too. Yuaki could be the most probable pronunciation. Yet it sounds a little bit weird/unfamiliar as a given name of a Japanese.
