Ainsi, dans les trois mois suivant la prise de possession des travaux (réception avec réserve), le gestionnaire de projet présente à l’établissement (copie transmise à l’agence et au Ministère) un ***rapport de reddition de comptes**** (bilan de projet) portant sur l’atteinte des finalités du projet, soit le programme des travaux, les coûts et l’échéancier, le tout en conformité avec le document intitulé « Reddition de comptes technique ».

Not quite sure how to translate this term in this context. Previous context has shown that 'Reddition de comptes' here is more to do with submission of accounts rather than 'accountability' - so I am thinking that this must be some sort of 'submission of accounts report' (not a valid term, I don't think). The 'bilan de projet' suggest that this document is an update on the status or progress of the project to date, but I am still not sure how to render the term in question. Any suggestions?
