Punch List Holdback: The Parties hereby agree that the CONTRACTOR shall complete the list of pending items set forth in Annex A to this Amendment no later than forty-five (45) days from the date hereof. The Parties further agree that PURCHASER shall hold back from the Unit Contract Price for Unit 1 as adjusted herein, an amount equal to the value allocated to each item on the punch list and which amounts in the aggregate to XXXXXX €, which amount shall be paid to CONTRACTOR, as specified in the Contract, upon acknowledgement by the End Client of the proper fulfillment of each such punch list item.

No se trata de un término, como en inglés, pero expresa la misma idea.
En los glosarios de ProZ.com viene para "punch list", "lista de cosas/puntos... pendientes". Se entiende que están "pendientes de realizar o ejecutar".
Yo he querido reflejar en mi traducción que dicha lista forma parte del contrato, como puede verse en http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punch_list.
