looking to buy/order to buy Explanation: 'Εντολή' does NOT mean drafting up a contract. If I want to buy, I walk into an Estate Agent and say, 'I am looking to/I am interested in buy/ing such and such a property up to £xxx( a figure). At that time, in England anyway, there is NO CONTRACT drawn up between the two parties. A contract is only drawn up, if the Estate Agent (this mostly in selling and not often on buying) asks for an 'Exclusivity' to the sale. At no other time, an Agreement is drawn up between Estate Agent and buyer/seller. There are other safety measures in force the Estate Agent gets paid for their services. So, even ORDER TO BUY is just verbal. |
