These amounts are payable, on a difference in amounts and conditions basis, once any other current.. Explanation: ...insurance that the insured has in a personal capacity has paid. That is how I would translate the whole phrase. In other words, if the insured himself has other insurance that covers the same risk (even if the conditions are not identical), the other policy would pay up first in accordance with its conditions and up to the amount insured thereunder. Only then would this insurance cover be called upon to pay any remaining amount of the loss. Ref: 20 years in international insurance. |
