Любая проектная документация проходит процедуру экологической экспертизы и при завершении проектной работы делается экологическое заключение. Данная норма жизни в обществе, определенная законами Российской Федерации, подтверждается тем, что во многих проектных организациях, занимающихся проектированием застройки жилых районов, проектированием автомобильных дорог или созданием проектов их реконструкции, проектированием железнодорожных магистралей, проектированием тепловых, атомных электростанций, газопроводов и нефтепроводов, работают выпускники факультета экологии.

Obviously, I know what this means literally, but I am finding it difficult to think of a turn of phrase which follows on naturally from the previous sentence.
