Sí, a mí también me parece que faltan palabras. Parece que la frase correcta sería: 'You are meant to wear an overall all day, everyday, anyway'
No es precisamente estilosa, pero ahora sí, comprensible. La traducción sería: 'De todas formas, todos los días debes usar un mono (de trabajo) durante todo el día'
