He hablado con algunos amigos franceses y parece que esta expresión no es común. Sin embargo, y considerando el contexto, se puede pensar que la persona que está dando las indicaciones no quiere "perder tiempo" profundizando en las indicaciones, puesto que las indicaciones para llegar son muy fáciles.
