This is from a field report visit for a company in Brazil. This part is talking about pressure valves used in production. It seems like some people define this word as "Record". I looked it up in my own dictionary and it seems to mean "Manual/User Guide"..... anyone have a clue?


Com relação aos vasos de pressão, foi informado que todos os vasos de pressão possuem Prontuário, Registro de Segurança e Inspeções de Segurança, conforme estabelece a legislação.
