Portuguese term or phrase: Registro de Responsabilidade Técnica da Unidade
I'm translating a Registration of Technical Liability document. I'm a little confused as to where to put "da Unidade" and "Conselhos Regionais de Profissionais" into the translation. The original phrase is below:

"Obter/apresentar o Registro de Responsabilidade Técnica da Unidade (Pessoa Jurídica) junto aos Conselhos Regionais de Profissionais."

Translation option #1: "Obtain/ present the Registration of Technical Liability of the Unit with the Regional Council of Professionals"

Translation option #2: "Obtain/ present Registration with the Regional Council of Professionals for Technical Liability of the Unit."

Obtain/submit the Registration of Technical Liability document from/for the Facility (a corporate entity) issued by the relevant Professional Registration Authority

I'm just not sure whether I'd use from or for the Facility. And I would add the word 'relevant'

the Unit's Technical Responsibility/Liability Register/Record

Explanation:
As the document is to be obtained FROM the professional bodies, it must be OF the Unit. This can be made very clear by using the genitive construction as above.

Registration as Technical Officer of Record for the unit

Explanation:
The person is also known as Professional [Engineer/Architect etc] in Responsible Charge.

Those Regional Councils (such as the CREA) have a lot of authority.

in Brazil, the CREA, of which all engineers and architects must be members, creates an “acervo técnico for each member. After completing a job, an engineer writes an ART – anotação de responsabilidade técnica – gives it to CREA, and the whole list of these becomes his “acervo técnico.” A member may grant the “direito de uso do acervo técnico” as if it were a copyright.
