English translation:certificate of cohabitation
Explanation:
cohabitation means "living together as a couple", and is usually applied to non-married couples.
But that equally or even more applies to married couple - they are presumed to be cohabiting - living together.

This "Attestation de COMMUNAUTÉ DE VIE" has to be signed in the presence in front of an official and in the presence of the other half. I would call it a Certificate - one half of this couple is "certifying in writing" that they have been living together with the person that needs this Attestation.

Looks like it's a way of proving that a marriage/partnership is genuine, for whatever purpose it needs to be proved.

Common-law spouse/ Domestic partnership agreement

Explanation:
The first term in UK English and perhaps US but I just happened to come across the second one which is US English apparently

The French have the 'pacsé'

http://www.micimmo.com/juridique/pratique/successions/les-dr...

and the two English terms are probably as close as you can get. This answer might need some more research to chose the best term

agree  Yolanda Broad: The terms definitely exists. I'm not sure that it's all that widespread, though.

I. Objet
