radne sposobnosti (stručna sprema) Explanation: Ovo je definicija iz rečnika za pojam occupational: Occupational - Of, relating to, or caused by engagement in a particular occupation: occupational hazards. Adj. 1. occupational - of or relating to the activity or business for which you are trained National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) are occupational qualifications. They are work-related and competence based, and develop skills and competencies that are needed to do a particular job. Ovo je možda i važnije objašnjenje pošto lepo pojašnjava šta se podrazumeva pod genuine occupational qualifications: In UK employment discrimination law, a Genuine Occupational Qualification (or GOQ) exists when the nature of a particular job causes the sex or gender of an applicant to become a reasonable cause for choosing one applicant over another. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_Occupational_Qualificat... |

opravdani/osnovani posebni zahtevi (pri zapošljavanju) Explanation: "genuine occupational qualifications" describe cases when employers are exempt from anti-discrimination laws. --"qualification" here means the "qualities" of the person required for a specific job. The "qualities" in question are those that normally can not be taken in consideration when employing people - gender, age, race, marital status, sexual orientation. --"occupational" - requirements applying to a specific occupation / a particular job --"genuine" - the opposite of fake / pretended / false, meaning there must be a real need to employ only a married couple, or only a men or a women etc.., or someone of a specific race, or someone speaking a specific language... More precisely: "There are eight possible types of reason for claiming a GOQ in advertising a particular job: Physiology or authenticity (for example, in choosing actors to play a role), Privacy and decency of people the employee would be dealing with (for example, staff in a care home), Private household's integrity (for example, professional carers for an individual, but not normally nannies), Single-sex accommodation, when it is unreasonable to expect the employer to provide additional accommodation, Single-sex establishments, for example special prisons and refuges, Personal welfare and counselling, when sex is directly relevant to the welfare or counselling provided, Jobs in foreign countries with specifically relevant laws or customs, When a pair of jobs are advertised specifically for a married couple. In each of these, reasons must be specific and absolute, not based on stereotypes or generalised assumptions." [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_Occupational_Qualificat...] Some other options : "prihvatljivi / dopušteni posebni zahtevi ...." ili opisno "dopušteni osnovi za diskriminaciju pri zapošljavanju" ili šta vam već više odgovara u duhu srpskog jezika. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2012-11-01 14:29:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Another closely related concept: "Genuine occupational requirements" [http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ /http:/www.bis.go...] "Genuine Occupational Requirements There are some areas of work where discrimination in favour of a particular protected characteristic is permitted on the recruitment, transfer, training, dismissal or promotion of certain roles, with different tests applying, depending on the strand of discrimination law. For example, in race, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation or age, an employer must show a ‘genuine and determining occupational requirement’ (GOR), and show that it is proportionate to apply this requirement. Alternatively, in relation to sex, gender reassignment, race and nationality, the need to discriminate would have to fall into one of several defined ‘genuine occupational qualifications’ (GOQ)." [http://www.inhouselawyer.co.uk/index.php/employment/8021-equ...] The only difference seems to be that there is defined list of "Genuine Occupational Qualifications" while "Genuine Occupational Requirements" can be argued on a case by case basis by the employer. |
