Voy a agregar un comentario porque trabajé en CLOROX en el Departamento de Medios. Las Marcas (\"Brands\") tienen su valor llave.

En términos generales el Valor Llave es algo similar al Fondo de Comercio... Pero, el valor llave tiene este sentido más marcado:

1) Se reserva para el momento en que se vende una compañía. Ahí se determina cuál es su Valor Llave de la compañía así como el Valor Llave de sus marcas. Por supuesto esto se relaciona con el prestigio, el buen nombre, la percepción del consumidor y tantos temas relacionados.

2) En este caso claramente se refiere al valor llave (¿cuánto vale la marca en cuestión? Ese valor incluye todo lo concreto y todo lo intangible...incluso habla de los \"proprietary rights\" que, como todos saben, son esos derechos que se pueden gozar cuando uno ha hecho desarrollos propios (ej. una fábrica que invente una tapita anti-salpicaduras). Todo eso conforma el valor llave de una marca. En los dos casos yo iría por \"valor llave\", sin duda.

A menos que...cha chan cha chan....en el país en cuestión se diga de otra manera. El tema de las variedades del español sobre el que vengo hablando hace tanto tiempo.
