Ce que je voudrais savoir c'est l'expression à l'acte dans ce contexte.
J'ai vérifié les entrées déjà existantes sur proz, mais il n'y en a aucune pour ce contexte.

Whilst Tony's logic (as always!) is spot on, I would be wary about not actually translating "acte" - or alluding to it with the "herein" suggestion.
The "representation" in my experience means that Mr. YYY signs the "acte" on behalf of company XXX.

Depending on the context, you might need to use different words for 'acte', since all operations carried out by a notaire may be referred to as an 'acte', whereas in EN they may have different names.

In view of your context of a 'compromis de vente', I think the best solution is just to refer to it as an 'operation' (or something similar); you might want to go along the route of 'this document', although in this case the element of 'representation' probably goes beyond just a single document.
