Explanation:
Include "money" if there's a chance your audience otherwise won't know what the heck is being referred to. Recently I encountered "выполнение почтовых интернет-переводов", which at first we rendered as "execution of online transfers using the postal system", but then we came up with a better version: "web-based postal transfers". The thing is that "postal transfers" (transfers of money, using the postal system) are rather common in many parts of the world (Ukraine and China are the examples I've seen), but not as much so in English-speaking countries. Nonetheless, "postal transfer" is used, or "postal money transfer" in cases such as "отправка почтовых денежных переводов".
