L'uso del termine slip è ... un po"vario" nei siti che ho guardato. A volte si riferisce a un polvere e a volte a un semisolido! Secondo me anceh la forma solida diventa liquido durante la lavorazione e quindi questo termine viene usato in questo modo per entrambi le forme. Lo vedo anche nel sito che hai citato alla fine della domanda - e anche qui si parla di due forme di utilizzo - era questo?

Se nel tuo contesto è davvero in polvere - e mi sembra che si riferisca a un polvere nel testo che hai citato sopra, a cui si aggiunge un tensioattivo quando è necessario avere una forma liquida - allora il termine che cerchi è smalto in polvere. Se è liquido allora viene chiamato torbida.
