Da quanto ho potuto appurare con le mie ricerche, PE dovrebbe essere Protective Earth, ovvero "messa a terra protettiva", ma avrei bisogno di una conferma.
IE = Instrument Earth (?) (e se è così, come si traduce in italiano?)
