French term or phrase: Un accueil de qualité
I am translating a booklet called "Un accueil de qualité." This is the title, and the phrase occurs all the way through. "A high-quality welcome" sounds very strange in English. Also, the subject of the booklet is not about "welcome," more "hospitality." I have therefore thought of "High-Quality Hospitality," but this could be confused with the hospitality industry, while the booklet is more general.
If anyone has a better suggestion, I would be very grateful!

A classy welcome

Explanation:
This would obviously depend on the complete context of the trip/hospitality environment, but I associate the high quality end of tourism and hospitality with class - that is what I would look for if I was paying for quality here.

Following discussion box, what about:

"classy reception"

??

Example sentence(s):
  • "The only hotel offering direct pool access from all rooms, where a Room Services serve by boat." This is a truly ultimate relaxing private getaway, with a classy welcome on your first step in: "ACCESS Resort & Villas".
  • "A classy welcome home in Greensboro."

Mind your manners!

Explanation:
If, as you seem to suggest, the booklet deals with correct etiquette in a variety of situations, whether in personal relationships or commercial transactions.

It's less formal than the FR title, so its suitability will depend on your audience, but maybe it will work.

A warm reception

Explanation:
Warm is a common term used when welcoming a person somewhere, so using the term reception might make it a little more formal, ie, classy.

Elegant, effective communication

Explanation:
I think the quality is implied not just in the "acceuil", but in all customer interaction, and this is much more easily conveyed in English by using the more general term 'communication' and two adjectives. The added bonus is of course that you can alternate between them in the subsequent text depending on which nuance is being highlighted.

Proper guest reception

Explanation:
Hello,

I see where you might think that this is a bit difficult to translate. Perhaps "de qualité" is seen as more about being proper and fitting, even though warmth and high quality are clearly understood to be included in the package deal (no pun intended as we're talking about tourism).

Also, the title sounds a bit empty without the word "guest" in there, or something along those lines. The French is able to get away with just saying "un accueil de qualité", but that's not the case in English. And translating the indefinite article would also make for a bit of an awkwardness (that is, "un" > a).

I hope this helps.
