acusador particular Explanation: En mi experiencia, a la "Privatklägerschaft" en España se le suele llamar "acusación particular" y el "Strafkläger" sería el "Privatkläger" en un proceso penal = acusador particular. Ejemplo de una sentencia penal de España: Se condena al acusado XY a indemnizar a los perjudicados ... y al pago de las costas causadas, incluidas las de las acusaciones particulares, absolviendo a los demäs acusados ... |
