Hello. This term appears in a document concerning an appeal lodged in relation to a dispute between two companies:
"Le pourvoi ne peut sérieusement indiquer, dans son cartouche de présentation, que le présent litige aurait trait à des faits de « Montage frauduleux d’un ensemble de prêts immobiliers / Faute du créancier – Manquement à ses obligations contractuelles lors de la constitution des dossiers de prêts » puisque la Cour d’appel a précisément notamment relevé, pour rejeter la demande de suspension du contrat de cautionnement, que la faute et, a fortiori, la fraude imputées à la banque XXXX n’étaient pas avérées."
No idea what cartouche de presentation might mean in this context, it doesn't crop up in any of my usuall glossaries.

considering that 'cartouche de présentation' is the document itself, and by the context, I am in a position to think that "mémoire ampliatif" or "mémoire en réplique" is the equivalent term in French. From there we go.

Explanation:
In French, cartouche is the standard term for a title block, usually on drawings for the construction, engineering sectors etc. but also, more generally, on reports and other documents. It contains the name, address etc. of the author or company that produced it, full title and other details. This use of the term derives from ancient Egypt: the cartouche contained the name of the pharaoh. See reference illustration:
