I'd like to have an accurate translation for the above set phrase.
I have translated as informar inquietudes, but I want a better translation.

Context:

The Company will never tolerate acts of retaliation, so we can each feel comfortable and safe reporting our concerns.

We have a responsibility to our Company and each other, and we are expected to report our concerns when we believe something improper or inappropriate has or may have taken place.

Our Goal Zero commitment means we must insist on a non-violent workplace. We must never engage in, tolerate or ignore any form of violence. This includes threats or acts, intimidation or instilling fear of bodily harm in others. If you know of an actual or potential threat or act of violence, you should report your concerns immediately

Explanation:
Me parece que más bien el sentido de report es denunciar en este contexto, porque se trata de eso precisamente (si el empleado sabe de amenazas de violencia o de hechos violentos). Al menos esta es la manera en que he traducido la frase y la idea.
