English term or phrase: you´ll, we´re
"Refer to TransUnion using first-person plural— “us,” “we” or “our.” Use contractions, such as “you’ll” or “we’re,” to establish a more conversational tone. Never use jargon or try to impress with lofty language."
How could I localize "you´ll" and "we´re" in PTBR?

você / nós
Explanation:
Na minha opinião, neste caso acho que a frase tem que ser reformulada para algo assim: Use você ou nós para estabelecer uma conversa mais coloquial, evitando o tratamento senhor(a).
Já que é um manual de treinamento, faz-se necessário referir-se a alguma coisa do nosso idioma.

cê vai e a gente tá

Explanation:
Sei o quanto essas equivalências são duras já me deparei com elas várias vezes. Mas as que citei acima também são reduções do português que servem para o mesmo fim, descontrair, tornar a conversa menos formal, parecer mais amigável. Não procure o ideal pq nesses casos ele não existe
