U hrv - engl Poslovno - upravnom rjecniku, autora V. Ivira, navodi se:

punomoc -
1. za djelovanje - power of attorney, letter of attorney, warrant of attorney, mandate
2. za glasovanje - proxy
3. ovlast - authority, authorization

Mozda ce Vam ovo biti od pomoci.

U Zanichelli Economics and Business rjecniku pod proxy - delega navode: l\'autorizzazione scritta con la quale un azionista designa un\'altra persona a votare in suo nome e per conto suo ad un\'assemblea degli azionisti. Vi sono due tipi di delega, quella speciale e quella generale. La prima autorizza il delegato a votare ad un\' assemblea particolare; la seconda lo autorizza a votare in una qualsiasi assemblea.

Isti rjecnik daje objasnjenje za power of attorney - procura, atto di procura- negozio giuridico unilaterale mediante il quale una persona autorizza un\'altra persona, detta procuratore, a rappresentarla o ad agire in sua vece. Una procura pou essere generale o speciale....

Talijansko - hrvatski poslovni rjecnik daje prijevod za procura - punomoc, prokura.

Ja bih gospodinu Marku Kovacicu preporucila da ponudi argument kada porice tacnost necije tvrdnje. Kao sto sam dolje navela: dvije definicije stoje u ballentine\'s law dictionary: proxy - an authorization, usually in writing, under which one person acts for another; power of attorney - a written instrument appointing another as one\'s agent or \"attorney in fact.\"

Rijec proxy je zvanicno koristen pojam u programu privatizacije u BiH za svrhe prevoda rijeci punomoc kod reprezentacije gradjana koji nisu bili u mogucnosti da dodju u Sarajevo i druge gradove i podignu svoje certifikate. Rijec proxy nisam ja odabrala vec americki predstavnici s kojim sam radila na datom programu. Kovacicevo objasnjenje ovog termina je samo jedan od mogucnosti.

  -> javni biljeznik sluzi samo da posvjedoci i ratificira dokument, a ne da dadne pravnu moc. u ovom slucaju board of directors su dali iskaz o pravnoj moci a notar je tu izjavu potvrdio.
