An Employee appointed to or occupying a Legal Position may exercise the authority and powers of that Legal Position only in conformity with these Delegations of Authority.

If the authority of the Legal Position under local law is greater than that authority that the person would otherwise have under this Policy, then the Legal Position does not confer the greater authority and approvals to act must be obtained from the persons having the requisite authority under this policy.
