"they evolved quickly" refers to the beginning of the sentence which is not entirely copied here. Therefore it can be omitted. "These files...specificities" is a sentence in another sentence, it comes between quotes. I just copied/pasted a few lines before the part that interested me so as to give context, the main idea of the paragraph being that people of poor countries should rely more on agro-biodiversity and of the local food systems, that there is "no magic solution can be found hereafter". But I guess I should just follow SJLD advice & drop it.

This sounds like it's not written by a native English speaker. Could be a translation. Cf. "on a nutritional point of view" instead of "from a nutritional point of view", the use of "adequacy with". I would drop the "hereafter" bit. I think it means: "there is no other magic solution - dietary diversity is the key."

Christophe, it's quite impossible to guess what it means here, since there are myriad possibilities, without knowing what has come before. On the face of it, it sounds like an odd way to conclude something; I'm sure the reason is perfectly clear once we have enough context to work from — but for the moment we don't.
