Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Tripartite contracts
French term or phrase: D'une première/deuxième/troisième part
From the beginning of a tripartite contract when introducing the various parties.

I normally translate "d'une part" and "d'autre" as "on the one hand" and "on the other", but "on the first/second/third hand" does not seem right. Does anyone know the standard translation for this?

Explanation:
This would be the only logical way to translate it in English, since each of the named entities appears to be a party.
