I'm stuck on this simple phrase!

Au cours de la conception de l'usine xxxxxxxxxx, une attention particulière a été portée sur la minimisation de la consommation d'eau potable nécessaire à son fonctionnement.
Ainsi, 95% des besoins propres de l'usine sont satisfaits par de l'eau traitée puis recyclée après désinfection aux UV.
L'eau potable n'est utilisée que pour les stricts besoins des sanitaires et pour l'appoint des tours de désodorisation.
Les eaux usées régénérées permettent aussi de laver les membranes, les gros équipements, les locaux, les voiries, de nettoyer les bassins tampons et de refroidir les boues séchées avant leur stockage en silo.
Elles sont également utilisées pour le lavage des sables de curage.
La dilution des réactifs utilisés dans certains procédés d'xxxxxxxxx se fait également avec de l'eau usée régénérée.
Un **circuit d'eau d'agrément** est intégré au site.
Il est constitué d'un bassin situé aux pieds du bâtiment administratif et d'un ruisseau dans le parc, qui permet l'écoulement de l'eau usée recyclée pour les besoins de chauffage et de climatisation de ce bâtiment.
Une borne de distribution d'eau régénérée est présente sur le site.
Elle permet le remplissage des camions cureurs du réseau d'assainissement et des camions chargés du nettoyage des voieries.
Vue l'excellente qualité des eaux usées traitées par la station xxxxxxxxxx, elles peuvent être utilisées, après agrément des autorités sanitaires, pour l'irrigation des espaces verts de la station.

disagree  cc in nyc: phrasing seems odd, IMO. And I don't understand why you included the second reference. :-| // That's what happens when hyphens are dropped; s/b "water-recreation-attraction water shall be [...] disinfected," re:H2O (plus it's unnecessarily redundant)

Asker: I actually added "environmental" to your answer at the last minute in my translation. A tricky decision. In fact it's a fairly informal spoken commentary, so maybe less need for absolute precision.
