But it makes no reference to 'provision of 5 days.......' as you are proposing. It is an unequivocal 20 day term.
I am aware of the importance of this. Remember Home Office Secretary(Advisors) making a mistake for Abu Qadata Extradition Order???

That is why I find that the voted term does not actually correspond. These days are not non-working days, not holidays, and with regard to the time limit as I reference in my entry "The invitation must be published 20 days before the proposed date of the assembly, such term ***including*** a provision of 5 days for any eventual appeal against the proposed date, composition, agenda etc."

Even so, any days for a possible appeal ARE included in the 20 days. In other words, no matter what happens the Meeting SHALL take place in 20 days, either by non-working days, Public/National/Religious or WHATEVER other incidentals intervene.
< υπολογίζοντας και τις **εξαιρετέες ημέρες> So, whatever 'εξαιρετέες ημέρες' might be HAVE BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. Meaning that, were an Appeal was to be lodged that has to be done AND DEALT WITH, WITHIN that 20 day TIME LIMIT. Don't you think so?

Εξαιρετέες ημέρες may refer to the days not otherwise calculated (these may include the days during which members of the BoD representing a certain percentage, have the right to file an objection to the date of the assembly, and not necessarily holidays, non-working days only) i.e. The invitation must be published 20 days before the proposed date of the assembly, such term including a provision of 5 days for any eventual appeal against the proposed date, composition, agenda etc.) Does, your text reference such a deadline for the submission of appeals, objections? If it is mentioned (probably earlier in the text) then you should consider this option too.
